Therapy for Anxiety, Burnout, People Pleasing, and More.

Start prioritizing you.

If you’ve ever felt like you're always the one holding everything together, yet still questioning whether you’re doing enough, you’re not alone.

You might look like you have it all under control on the outside… while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unseen on the inside. If that sounds familiar, I may be the right therapist for you.

Who I work with:

I help people who are tired of feeling stuck in patterns of:

  • Anxiety and self-doubt.

  • Difficult relationships.

  • People-pleasing and perfectionism.

  • Intellectualizing their problems, but stuck in their feelings.

Many of my clients arrive feeling:

  • Burnt out, as though they’ve given all their time and energy to others.

  • Guilty for having needs or wanting more from life,

  • Unsure about who they are and what they want.

  • Afraid of setting boundaries with those they love.

What I offer:

In our sessions, you’ll have a space where you don’t need to have everything “figured out.” Many of my clients are living in their heads — analyzing, overthinking, and trying to solve feelings with logic. That’s often how you’ve learned to stay safe and in control.

Together, we’ll gently explore what’s underneath all that thinking. I’ll help you:

  • Slow down to notice what’s happening in your body and emotional world.

  • Gain clarity who you are, what your values are, and what you want.

  • Move from self-criticism to self-compassion

  • Build confidence to set boundaries and show up more fully in your life and relationships.

My approach:

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I don’t believe therapy is about fixing you — it’s about helping you build a new kind of relationship with yourself. I blend strengths based approaches such as ACT and Solution Focused Therapy, with mindfulness and regulation skills. Learn more about me here.

Find your way back to yourself.

You don’t have to keep doing this on your own — trying to think your way out of the overwhelm, or pretending you’re okay when you’re running on empty. Therapy can be a space to pause, to breathe, and to remember who you are beneath the pressure to hold everything together.

Let’s work together.

If you’re ready to reclaim your time, energy, and self-worth, I’d be honored to support you. Schedule a free consultation today — let’s talk about what’s been holding you back, and begin to move toward what you really want. I’d be honored to support you.
