I help people who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling burnt out, guilty for having needs, and unsure how to set boundaries without fear or shame.

We’ll work to gain clarity and reconnect with your values. Through therapy you may build the confidence to speak up, set boundaries, and show up more fully in your life and relationships.
