Helping Couples Connect

Being in a relationship can be one of the most meaningful parts of life, but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. Even the strongest couples hit rough patches.

You may be coming to therapy feeling stuck in repetitive arguments, or unsure how to reconnect after communication breaks down.

Maybe you’re navigating a major life change—becoming parents, moving, changing careers—and the stress is showing up in your relationship. Or perhaps you’re in love and just want to lay a strong foundation before marriage or commitment. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there.

I specialize in working with couples who want to create deeper connection, improve communication, and navigate life’s ups and downs with more understanding and compassion. I offer therapy for married couples, LGBTQ+ couples, premarital partners, and anyone looking to strengthen their relationship or rebuild after challenges.

My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths based. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, non-judgmental space where both partners are heard, respected, and supported. I bring a calm, steady presence to our work together, helping you feel grounded as we explore new solutions together.

In sessions, I draw from both the Gottman Method - a research based approach to improving communication, managing conflict, and building trust. I also pull in Experiential Therapy, which helps couples move beyond surface-level dialogue and access the deeper emotional patterns that often drive disconnection. This combination allows us to address practical skills and emotional understanding at the same time because both matter.

If you’re ready to invest in your relationship, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Schedule a consultation with me by clicking the button below.
