Meeting a new therapist can feel overwhelming! It’s so important that you feel like you and your therapist are a good fit.
I offer free video consultations so that we can connect, put a face to the name, and answer any questions you may have before getting started. These consults are also a good opportunity for me to make sure that I can provide you with adequate care for whatever support you are seeking.

Couples Therapy
Our relationships are one of the most important parts of life. Sometimes, we can feel disconnected and unsure of how to come back to one another. Couples therapy is a helpful tool to get “unstuck,” deepen understanding, and foster compassion in your partnership.
I work with couples who are looking to improve their relationship, create better communication, and deepen their bond. I see folks at many different stages of their relationship, and offer a focus on relationship transitions such as: premarital counseling, early marriage, transition into parenthood, and empty nesting. Whatever season you and your partner may be in, we will work together to find new ways of connecting.
I tend to utilize the Gottman method, and have completed the level 1 & 2 trainings. I also incorporate experiential therapy to encourage deeper understanding and bonding.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a great tool to foster a deeper connection and develop greater understanding for yourself. While people seek therapy for a variety of concerns, some common themes I support folks in are:
Mood disorders like anxiety and depression.
Perfectionism and people pleasing.
Navigating relationships and setting boundaries.
Life transitions and change.
Improving self worth and self image.
In individual therapy, I’ll support you in finding sustainable solutions that make sense for you and your life. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach, because everyone is different. Our work together will be client centered, where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Theories I tend to use are solution focused, ACT oriented, and build skills of mindfulness and nervous system regulation.

Premarital Counseling / Pre-Commitment Therapy
