Therapy to Feel Like You Again
Online counseling for individuals who are ready to grow and thrive.
Kelsey Graham, LMFTA
I’m Kelsey, a therapist for those who feel disconnected — from themselves, their relationships, or the life they’re trying to hold together.
Many of my clients are neurodivergent, burnt out, and tired of putting everyone else first. They’re questioning who they are beneath others’ expectations and longing to feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with what truly matters.
Therapy with me is a relational space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. Together, we will slow down, make sense of your experiences, and work toward more authentic, sustainable ways of relating — to yourself and to others.
I provide online counseling for those living across Washington State. If my work speaks to you, please reach out to request a free consultation with me here.
Some Common Concerns I Work With Are
Burnout and Anxiety
Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted and stuck in survival mode. Juggling work, multiple responsibilities, and close relationships — all while trying to care for yourself as a human — can feel overwhelming and depleting. Together, we can explore new ways to navigate daily demands and practice practical strategies that create room for sustainable, meaningful change. Let’s help you find your way back to being yourself.
People Pleasing and Relationships
For many people, learning to anticipate and prioritize other people’s needs develops as a way to feel safe and maintain harmony in relationships. However, when we are constantly putting others first, it’s easy to lose sight of our own desires and sense of self. In therapy, we can gently reconnect with your needs, build confidence, and learn to advocate for what you want in healthier, more balanced ways.
Self Worth and Body Image
Our relationship with ourselves is one of the most important relationships we have. Along the way, you may have started to feel at war with yourself and your body. These painful thoughts can be amplified by upbringing, cultural messages, and living in a body‑obsessed world. It can become hard to believe you deserve care, compassion, and healing. In therapy, we can begin to rebuild trust, explore ways to feel at home in your body again.
